Frankston North (originally the Pines Forest Estate,
also known as "The Pines") is a suburb in
Melbourne, Victoria, located 38 km south-east of
the Melbourne city centre. Its local government
area is the City of Frankston. At the 2011 census,
Frankston North had a population of 5,626.
